A spacious, well-equipped room with a bath as an unexpected bonus. It was good to have a choice of restaurants (Omani/Persian, Gastro-pub, Italian, Buffet restaurant, Edge) so we could change where to eat during our stay without leaving the hotel. The advertised shuttle service has a very limited schedule but the 24/7 taxi service with cars immediately available more than made up for this. Staff were helpful, friendly and efficient.

Breakfast: an endless selection of high quality food and beverages from several different cuisines. Rooms: very generous space Excellent organization: Staff always available and ready to help you Every restaurant in the hotel has individually wrapped products for celiacs Fresh cold or hot water fountains in each corridor. Glass (instead of plastic) bottles in the rooms! The two large pools are have great design. The beach surrounded by rocks is also beautiful. Many free toys and games suitable for all ages.

I have stayed in total 6 nights in this hotel. What I very much enjoyed was the service which was much better than in the Chedi Hotel in terms of making sure our stay was excellent. The staff was always asking if there was anything I needed or missed. For instance, I wasn’t sleeping so well in the bed and complained about it and they could clear the problem extremely fast. I like ferm bed and they added a cover on top of the matress which made it too soft for me but they offered to remove that or change the room and by removing the cover I could sleep much better. The next morning everyone was following up with me, making sure I slept good and this is very much appreciated because they take it seriously and this isn’t done in all hotels! I have also extremely enjoyed the massage. I was so tensed and Rose is an amazing and talented person. I have booked 3 massages with her she is just excellent and I wish I could take her back with me to Switzerland :) The staff at the breakfast restaurant is extremely nice, and cleaning personel, making sure we have all we need, smiling and very polite. Here again, although the Chedi Hotel is a « higher standard », I appreciated much more the friendlyness and care in this hotel. They have organized a social and networking event which was such a great idea to connect. I have met the learning and quality manager, Hani who is a surprising and very interesting person!

The view of the sea was amazing, and the staff were very friendly and professional. I asked them to heat up some food I had bought outside the hotel. I expected them to just microwave the food in the box, but they plated it nicely, heated the bread separately, and brought it to my room with cutlery and a napkin, along with a special lid to keep the food warm. Another day, I asked them to unlock the piano because I wanted to play for my mother. They did it without any delay or questions, and we had a great time playing the piano in the lobby with our family. The next day was my sister's birthday. We had bought a cake and candles outside and went to the lobby to light the candles and celebrate by the piano with the beautiful sea view. I asked them to bring us plates, cutlery, and an ice bucket for our drinks. They set up a table by the piano without any hesitation and made us feel very comfortable and at ease. On the first night, I didn't have any Omani currency and needed to pay for a taxi. The taxi driver wanted to charge me a lot for converting dollars to rials, so I asked the reception to pay the taxi fare and told them I would repay the hotel later. They did this without any questions. The hotel breakfast was amazing, very diverse and of high quality. They even allowed us to take anything we wanted back to our room in a plate or box after breakfast. This hotel gave us very sweet and memorable moments. If I travel to Oman again, I will definitely stay at this hotel. I wish I could give them 100 stars instead of just 5. By the way, there were stairs next to the pool that led down to the sea, where you could relax on the hotel's private beach or swim in the sea. I saw some very beautiful corals there, and they had created a very romantic environment.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The quality throughout is top-notch, and the location is absolutely perfect—with direct access to a private beach and a stunning infinity pool overlooking the sea. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist. Although there was a short wait for our room, it was handled with such friendliness that it didn’t feel like an inconvenience at all. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that made for restful nights. The attention to cleanliness and detail was evident everywhere. Breakfast was a daily highlight—delicious, varied, and served with exceptional hospitality. The staff made every morning feel special. The pool bar service was equally impressive; drinks were served ice-cold and almost immediately after ordering online, with noticeable attention to detail. A special thanks goes to Reem at the reception, who was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout our stay. She truly made a difference in our experience. Overall, this was an outstanding getaway that we recommend to everyone. We’re already looking forward to coming back!
